TERMS

The following are the conditions of our assignment. By providing us with approval to proceed with consulting services, your approval implies acceptance of these terms as binding on you.

Blackpool Nieman does not take responsibility for damages or changes to a building that occur during the course of construction or investigation.  

PAYMENT

Our invoices are rendered monthly and are due upon receipt. There is a 30-day interest-free grace period which starts on the day after the dates of the invoice.  After the 30 day period has elapsed, if we are not in receipt of payment in full, interest will begin to accrue on outstanding amounts and will be calculated daily at a rate of 18% per month, compounded monthly.  

PHOTOS

During the course of our engagement, we will take photographs of your building and its components. The copyrights of all such photos are the intellectual property of Blackpool Nieman and may be used by us at any time for any purpose, including for commercial purposes, marketing, social media, etc.
