Your specialty is your trade, not writing or interpreting contracts.  You engage suppliers in contracts and you get engaged by your clients in contracts and sometimes you need to go beyond the everyday.  

We assist you in preparing contracts for your suppliers to keep you protected and to keep the details of your agreement communicated in a clear manner.  Blackpool Nieman is also the one to call when you perceive the other party to be in breach of a contract you are in; we communicate your side in a clear and calm manner from the perspective of a 3rd party, or if necessary you can count on us to advise you if we feel you are the party that is in risk of breach.
